Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in healthcare analytics and data visualization.
• Familiarity with healthcare data sets (claims, EHR, clinical data).
• Knowledge of Medicaid programs is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop analytics and BI solutions.
• Lead analytics initiatives to support strategic planning and performance measurement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
• Work with data platforms like Azure data lake / Synapse.
• Ensure data quality and security in healthcare datasets.
