Lauth Investigations International, Inc. is hiring a Data Research Specialist to join our new data team. You will hunt state unclaimed property lists, clean and organize records, and generate new leads using AI-assisted research and public profiles.

This first-hire role offers growth opportunities, 100% remote work with flexible hours, and performance bonuses as you contribute to the RAD program and our asset recovery mission.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data research, lead generation, or data entry with quality control.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills: filters, XLOOKUP, de-duplication, pivot tables.
• Experience with skip tracing, batch data vendors, or OSINT people research.
• Clear written English and reliable internet with a backup connection.
• Experience in Open Source intelligence (OSINT) and vast social media experience aligning the correct person to previous data match.

Responsibilities

• Hunt down the data: pull state unclaimed property lists monthly and share with partners.
• Clean, de-duplicate and organize records into ready-to-use segments for each campaign.
• Use AI-assisted research to find public profiles and generate new leads.
• Feed Accelerator sales program and support heir search cases with the RAD team.
• Prepare files for mail, phone and social outreach at the right time.
• Track lists processed, match rates and leads in monthly reports.
