Lauth Investigations International Inc. is hiring a Data & Research Manager to run the engine behind our outreach funnel.

You will extract and maintain state-level unclaimed property lists, coordinate data vendors, and organize information for use across mailer, call center, and digital outreach channels. This highly specialized front-end research role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage recurring monthly production cycles while supporting multi-channel outreach and cash flow

Qualifications

• Experience with extracting, cleaning, and organizing data from public sources.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing or batch data vendor platforms is a plus.
• Comfort using OSINT tools for public profile discovery.

Responsibilities

• Extract and maintain state-level unclaimed property/asset lists from public sources.
• Coordinate with third-party batch/skip-trace vendors to append current contact information.
• Silo and organize processed lists into ready-to-use segments for outreach funnel.
• Run monthly production cycles with management sign-off (first-of-month).
• Use AI-assisted search to identify public profiles for outreach targets.
