Highmark Health is seeking a Data Protection Engineer to implement and operate our data protection infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments. You will work with Windows, Linux, GKE and various DLP/DSPM tools, ensuring HIPAA compliance and strong security posture.

The role requires collaboration with senior engineers, incident response, and development of standards and procedures. Advanced certifications and cloud experience are highly valued in this hybrid on-site/remote position in

Formación

• 5+ years of Data Loss Prevention experience
• Knowledge of HIPAA and security standards
• Experience with on-prem and cloud data protection environments
• Experience with scripting and automation in PowerShell/Python

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain data protection infrastructure across platforms
• Configure and tune DLP/DSPM policies
• Troubleshoot data protection incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with cloud providers (GCP/AWS/Azure) on security controls
• Develop and maintain data protection policies and procedures
