Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a Data Product Owner to bridge underwriting with data warehouse and reporting teams. You will translate business needs into clear data requirements and guide delivery across multiple verticals, ensuring alignment with leadership and driving adoption.

Remote-ready role supporting Eastern/Central/Mountain time zones, with requirements for a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in business or data analysis, preferably in insurance. Join a collaborative, growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Analytics, or related field.
4+ years in business analysis, data analysis, or product ownership.
Experience gathering requirements with data warehouse, BI, or reporting teams.
Familiarity with insurance concepts and underwriting preferred.
Experience in an Agile environment using boards or ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

Meet regularly with underwriting teams to understand business objectives and data needs.
Capture and document clear requirements for reporting and engineering teams.
Partner with data warehouse and BI teams to scope and establish work.
Serve as translator between business and technical teams.
Manage backlog items and participate in Agile ceremonies.
Validate delivered outputs against original intent and drive adoption.
