Job summary

Undisclosed Company in the United States is seeking a senior data analytics leader to own the Data team’s priorities and drive data-driven decisions across the business.

You will conduct hands-on analysis, build dashboards and business cases, and deliver recommendations that influence strategic and operational decisions; you will also prepare insights for recurring reports such as weekly updates and Monthly Business Reviews, in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data product management, including leadership.
• Expert-level SQL skills with the ability to query and validate data independently.
• Strong business and product acumen with a track record of using data to grow revenue and identify opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data product management, including experience leading people or setting priorities for a small team.
• Expert-level SQL skills, with the ability to independently query, validate, investigate, and challenge data without relying on engineers.
• Strong business and product acumen, with a track record of using data to uncover revenue, pricing, and growth opportunities.
• Annual company offsites, with previous destinations including Thailand, Vietnam, Morocco, and Greece.
