The Hartford is seeking a Data Privacy Delivery Lead to drive the execution and continuous improvement of enterprise Data Privacy capabilities. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience translating objectives into backlogs and delivery milestones.
• Technical fluency across enterprise data environments including relational databases, data warehouses, data models, and SQL.
• Ability to define field-level and record-level requirements with clear definitions and transformation rules.
• Experience reviewing data designs, mappings, and dashboards with a critical lens.
• Strong product and delivery management skills, including prioritization and risk management.
• Experience shaping data outputs for non-technical audiences with plain-language definitions.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Data Privacy products and capabilities from intake through implementation and enhancement.
• Translate objectives and regulatory obligations into prioritized backlogs, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Define technically feasible requirements for developers, analysts, and vendor partners.
• Apply knowledge of data platforms, views, transformations, and reporting to guide design decisions.
• Specify data elements, valid values, exception handling, and output logic for consistent results.
• Establish data profiling, business rules, classifications, and validation criteria.
• Review requirements, mappings, and prototypes with a critical lens before release.
• Coordinate delivery across Privacy, Compliance, Legal, Data Governance, Technology, and vendors.
• Lead discovery, refinement, testing, release, and transition to support.
