Qualifications

• 7+ years in Privacy/Security engineering or related fields with GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA experience.
• 5+ years designing enterprise data protection capabilities (encryption, tokenization, DLP).
• 5+ years hands‑on programming in Python/Java/Go or similar.
• 5+ years cloud and DevSecOps experience (CI/CD, IaC, threat modeling).
• 3+ years leading enterprise privacy/data protection initiatives with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and implementation of enterprise data protection and privacy engineering across data environments.
• Design and deploy Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs) to protect sensitive data.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, legal, compliance and security teams to embed privacy‑by‑design.
• Conduct privacy risk assessments, threat modeling, and control evaluations.
• Drive governance metrics, automation, and advanced analytics to strengthen privacy posture.
