As Engineering Manager, Data Platform & ML Ops, you will lead 4–6 engineers, own the data warehouse and ML lifecycle, and partner with data scientists, PMs and analysts to translate data investments into measurable product outcomes while fostering growth and high performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years leading data/ML or platform teams in agile environments.
• At least 5 years in data engineering or ML engineering, SaaS focus.
• Strong background in data infrastructure and ML systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4–6 engineers in data platform and ML ops.
• Own the internal data warehouse and analytics inputs to products.
• Oversee ML lifecycle: experimentation, training, deployment, monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership on architecture and proposals.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, analysts and leads.
• Coach engineers and promote continuous learning.
• Define and evolve platform standards and best practices.
