Qualifications

Experience with AWS data services (S3, Athena, Glue, Aurora, DynamoDB, Redshift, OpenSearch).
Strong SQL skills and ability to design relational layers over XML/JSON.
Experience delivering analytics for non-technical users.
Familiarity with XML data stores and healthcare data concepts.
Experience with CI/CD and AWS-native tooling.

Responsibilities

Lead healthcare data platform modernization initiatives.
Architect migration of XML object store from MSSQL to AWS platform with optimal formats.
Design reporting layers enabling SQL queries for business users.
Evaluate AWS data storage/query architectures for cost and performance.
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to implement scalable data models.
