Job summary

AffirmedRx is seeking a Business Analyst, Data Operations to bridge the Data Operations team with Client Management and Patient Care Advocates. You will manage issue intake, perform impact analyses, and keep stakeholders informed from report to resolution.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, analytic rigor, and experience building dashboards to track open issues. Travel 10–20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years as a business analyst or liaison role, healthcare/PBM experience preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication translating tech to business terms.
• Experience building dashboards or status-tracking tools (Excel/Power BI/Smartsheet/Jira).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Data Operations and business teams.
• Log, categorize, and scope data issues with context for resolution.
• Conduct impact analyses and present findings to diverse audiences.
• Build and maintain a dashboard reflecting all open issues and statuses.
• Provide proactive, regular updates to stakeholders on issue progress.
• Document issues, analyses, and resolutions for audit and reference.
• Identify recurring issues for potential systemic process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business teams; travel up to 10–20%.
