Job summary

ReUnite Rx is seeking a Customer Operations Analyst to lead operational projects, own recurring performance reporting, and be the primary professional representative for patients, clinics, and pharmacy partners.

You will translate day‑to‑day operational data into decisions that improve product availability, reduce costs, and raise customer satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams and manufacturers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CRM experience in healthcare preferable.
• Strong Excel skills and data familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from scoping through completion.
• Own daily/weekly/monthly reporting cadences and present to leadership.
• Analyze data and perform root-cause analysis to resolve issues.
• Represent ReUnite Rx professionally in all interactions with patients, clinics, and partners.
• Respond to patients, clinics, and partners by phone, email, and mail with effective solutions.
• Train partners and staff on ReUnite Rx products, services, and processes.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams and partners to improve performance.
• Assist leadership with additional projects and admin tasks.
• Use company tools and adhere to policies.
