Job summary

AffirmedRx is seeking a Business Analyst, Data Operations to bridge the Data Operations team with Client Management and Patient Care Advocates. You will own issue intake, impact analysis, and proactive status communication, serving as the single source of truth for open issues.

You will collaborate with ETL, data engineers, and PBM specialists to validate findings, document resolutions, and drive process improvements. A strong communicator with dashboards experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a liaison role; healthcare/PBM experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience building/maintaining dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, Jira or similar).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Data Operations and client management/patient care advocates on file/data issues.
• Log, categorize, and scope issues with relevant context (client, file type, dates, impacted records).
• Conduct impact analyses to determine scope/severity and root cause; validate with data ops team.
• Build and maintain a dashboard tracking tool reflecting status of all open issues.
• Provide proactive status updates to stakeholders throughout issue lifecycle.
• Document issues, analyses, and resolutions for audit purposes; flag recurring issues for fixes.
