Job summary

AffirmedRx in Louisville, KY is seeking a Business Analyst, Data Operations to bridge the Data Operations team with client managers and patient care advocates. You will triage file-related or data issues, collect context, and log issues for tracking.

You will perform impact analyses, validate findings with ETL/Engineering specialists, and communicate status to stakeholders. A dashboard will be your single source of truth, with proactive updates from issue intake to resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years as a business analyst or liaison/analyst role; healthcare or PBM experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translates between technical and business teams.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards or status-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for client managers and patient care advocates reporting data issues.
• Gather details to understand and scope each issue and log them for tracking.
• Conduct impact analyses to determine scope and severity and identify root cause.
• Maintain a dashboard/tracking tool reflecting current status of all open issues and provide proactive updates.
• Liaise between Data Operations, Client Management, and Patient Care Advocates to keep communication flowing smoothly.
• Document issues, analyses, and resolutions; flag recurring issues for process improvements.
