HealthEdge Software, Inc. is seeking a Data Operations Lead (Onshore) to own the end-to-end delivery and quality of Enrollment data operations.

The role collaborates with offshore teams and serves as the onshore contact for internal and external customers, guiding SOPs and runbooks and ensuring US business hours coverage. You will lead incident response, drive process improvements, and report metrics to the Data Operations Manager while supporting cross-functional projects and maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in data operations or production environments.
• Experience collaborating with offshore teams and managing cross-time-zone workflows.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end Enrollment data operations delivery.
• Leads incident resolution and post-incident reviews.
• Develops and maintains SOPs and runbooks for offshore teams.
• Ensures data quality and timely execution of data exchange processes.
• Communicates results and risks to stakeholders and management.
• Supports on-call rotation and after-hours activities.
