Job summary

HealthEdge is seeking a Data Operations Lead (Onshore) to own enrollment data processes, ensure quality and reliability, and coordinate with offshore teams. The role requires delivering during US business hours and guiding operational outcomes through expertise and influence.

You will drive process improvements, maintain SOPs, and communicate results to clients and management, while supporting a hybrid/remote US-based work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Seven or more years of experience in production or operations.
• Experience with offshore or globally distributed teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant Enrollment data operations.
• Lead onshore/offshore collaboration and handoffs for scheduled tasks.
• Escalate complex issues and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop and improve SOPs and runbooks for offshore execution.
• Monitor performance metrics, SLAs, and risks to leadership.
