Job summary

EPIC iO Technologies seeks a Data Operations Specialist to provide dedicated support and backup to the Platform Architect on WirelessWindow. You will own daily data quality, automate workflows, and support reporting for Sales, Marketing, Operations, and customers.

Ideal candidates combine data skills with SQL, Power BI, and low-code automation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale solutions and improve operational responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Support, implementation, and backup to Platform Architect on WirelessWindow.
• Build and optimize Smart Workflow initiatives using Make, Power Automate, and Copilot.
• Fulfill reporting requests for Sales, Marketing, Operations, and customers.
• Monitor data quality and investigate anomalies across multiple apps.
• Act as first responder for data tickets in Jira and escalate when needed.
• Support development including SQL, Power BI, and low-code automation.
• Use AI agents to accelerate workflow delivery and operational responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated support and backup to the Platform Architect.
• Build and optimize Smart Workflow initiatives across inventories and router audits.
• Fulfill recurring and ad-hoc reporting for internal teams and customers.
• Monitor data quality across Rev.io, Salesforce, Sage, and Cortex apps.
• Triage data tickets in Jira and resolve or escalate as needed.
• Assist with SQL queries, Power BI updates, and low-code automation.
• Leverage AI tools to improve development, reporting, and processes.
