About EPIC iO Technologies

EPIC iO builds technology for the real world.

We help organizations see more, know more, stay connected, and act faster by bringing together AI, intelligent video, edge technology, and enterprise-grade wireless connectivity.

But the technology is only part of the story.

What really makes EPIC iO different is the people behind it.

Smart, driven people who like solving hard problems. People who dig in, challenge assumptions, move quickly, and take ownership. People who know the best ideas can come from anywhere and that solving meaningful problems takes collaboration, curiosity, and zero ego.

We’re helping protect people and critical assets. Keep businesses and remote operations connected. Make existing infrastructure smarter. Turn real-world data into action when it matters most.

And we’re building a team that wants to make an impact while doing it.

Wicked-smart people. Real-world problems. Technology that matters. And we’re just getting started.

The Data Operations Specialist provides dedicated support, implementation, and backup capacity for the Platform Architect on the WirelessWindow initiative, while owning the day-to-day Smart Workflow automation, reporting, and data quality work that keeps operational data reliable across the business. This role partners closely with the Platform Architect and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Billing) to build and scale workflow automation, resolve data-related tickets, and support ongoing platform and reporting needs.

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Serve as dedicated support, implementation partner, and backup to the Platform Architect on WirelessWindow, including architecture build-out, ongoing support changes, and validation/testing.

  • Build, maintain, and optimize Smart Workflow initiatives (SIM inventory reconciliation, router audits, order processing, plan upgrades) using Make, Power Automate, and Copilot.

  • Fulfill recurring and ad-hoc reporting requests for Sales, Marketing, Operations, and occasionally customers; document and scale reporting workflows for consistency and accuracy.

  • Monitor data quality and investigate anomalies across Rev.io, Salesforce, Sage, Cradlepoint, Peplink, Starlink, and all present and future Cortex applications; support audits and reconciliation efforts foundational to Smart Workflow reliability.

  • Act as first responder for data-related tickets in Atlassian (Jira), triaging and resolving or escalating Smart Workflow exceptions.

  • Support light development, including SQL queries, Power BI updates, and low-code/no-code automation.

  • Use LLMs and AI agents (e.g., Copilot) across development, reporting, and process work—including prompting, debugging, and automation to accelerate workflow delivery and operational responsiveness.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Billing to align Smart Workflows with business needs.
