Accenture is seeking a Data Migration / Modernization Presales Solution Architect to own end‑to‑end solution blueprints, bridging client vision and technology execution. You’ll shape data migration and modernization from on‑prem to cloud, collaborating with global delivery and sales teams while exploring GenAI and AI automation opportunities.

You’ll drive architecture diagrams, migration patterns, and staffing models, and help craft compelling client proposals and SOWs for successful deal

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Data Engineering or BI in AI & Data delivery or Presales.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with cloud ecosystems - Azure/AWS/Google in delivery or Presales.
• Minimum 3 years of GenAI & Agentic AI delivery or Presales.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI-led delivery, working in a cross-functional and global environment managing multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Aufgaben

• Understand RFP/RFIs and translate business needs into technical architecture (data engineering, data visualization, AI, Gen AI).
• Define end-to-end application architectures diagrams (data ingestion to data consumption to AI/ML).
• Define migration approach for each solution component (Storage objects, ETL Jobs, Orchestration, Reports) and data migration patterns for estimation purposes.
• Align technology components (Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, PySpark, Azure ML, Azure Foundry, GCP BigQuery, AWS Glue, Informatica, Talend) with business use cases.
• Prepare detailed ADM effort estimates and validate with AI & Data capability SMEs.
• Ensure solution design meets desired service level metrics and KPIs.
• Develop credible AI-first automation solutions with SMEs.
• Design staffing models based on onshore/offshore/nearshore mix and pyramid structure.
• Build solution plan PowerPoint decks for sales and delivery alignment.
• Engage in solution and delivery reviews with leadership across geographies.
• Act as the strategic link between sales and delivery teams.
• Contribute to client-facing proposals, SOWs, and contracting documents.
• Present and defend your solution in internal and external forums.
• Seamlessly transition the solution to the delivery team post-deal closure.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional and global environments.
