Formación

Responsabilidades

• Анализ RFP/RFI и требований клиента для разработки стратегий Data & AI.
• Перевод бизнес-требований в масштабируемые архитектуры данных.
• Проектирование сквозных решений модернизации данных от инжестинга до аналитики и AI.
• Определение компонентов технологий: Informatica, Power BI, PySpark, Azure ML, Snowflake и др.
• Разработка оценок трудозатрат и согласование с SME.
• Разработка планов поставки и staffing моделей.
• Проведение обзоров решений и переговоров с руководством.
• Взаимодействие с продажами и командами доставки на протяжении цикла сделки.
• Участие в подготовке SOW, коммерческих ответов и контрактной документации.
• Презентация решений клиентам и эмитентам, участие в презентациях на высшем уровне.
• Передача знаний командам доставки после закрытия сделки.
• Следование за новыми технологиями Data & AI, облачными платформами и трендами.

As a Data Modernization Presales Solution Architect, you will lead the end-to-end solution design and transformation roadmap for strategic Data & AI opportunities. Acting as the bridge between client vision, sales teams, and delivery organizations, you will translate complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions that drive business outcomes. You will be responsible for designing modern data architectures, cloud-based data platforms, analytics, AI, and Gen AI solutions while ensuring alignment across stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle. This role offers broad exposure across industries, geographies, cloud ecosystems, and emerging technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure AI, and Generative AI platforms.

• Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and client requirements to develop compelling Data & AI solution strategies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures covering data engineering, business intelligence, AI, machine learning, and Generative AI.
• Design end-to-end data modernization solutions from ingestion and integration through analytics, visualization, and AI-driven insights.
• Define and align technology components including Informatica, Power BI, PySpark, Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Foundry, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Glue, Google BigQuery, and related technologies.
• Develop methodology-based effort estimations and collaborate with AI & Data SMEs to validate solution assumptions.
• Design optimal delivery and staffing models leveraging onshore, offshore, and nearshore capabilities.
• Build comprehensive solution plans to support sales pursuits and delivery alignment.
• Conduct solution reviews and governance discussions with leadership teams across global regions.
• Serve as the strategic liaison between sales and delivery organizations throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
• Contribute to proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), commercial responses, and contracting documentation.
• Present, defend, and articulate proposed solutions to clients, executives, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead knowledge transfer and transition activities to delivery teams following deal closure.
• Stay current with emerging Data & AI technologies, cloud platforms, and industry trends to strengthen solution offerings.
• Support client workshops, discovery sessions, and executive presentations as required.
• Travel as needed to support client engagements, workshops, and business development activities.

• Minimum 12 years of relevant IT industry experience in Data & AI delivery, solution architecture, or presales.
• Strong experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and large-scale system integration/application development projects.
• Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience designing enterprise-scale data modernization and analytics solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to structure and drive complex solutioning activities.
• Experience leading delivery teams and collaborating with cross-functional global teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, filtering, and data analysis techniques.
• Strong understanding of modern data technologies and architectures.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, AWS Glue, BigQuery, or similar modern data platforms.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive storytelling skills.
• External client-facing consulting or presales experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation, cloud migration, or data modernization programs.
• Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
