Applied Systems is seeking a Manager, Data Migration to lead a global team responsible for moving customer data from legacy systems into our SaaS products. This remote role coordinates across regions to deliver end-to-end migration projects with a focus on quality and customer outcomes.

You will guide technical work, review scripts, and partner with Onboarding, Development, and Support to ensure successful migrations.

Competenze

Experience leading technical teams with coaching and goal-setting.
Strong SQL and database knowledge to review scripts and guide engineers.
Depth of ETL concepts, data mapping, and data quality best practices.
Hands-on SaaS data migration or ETL work in production environments.
Ability to manage multiple timelines and keep customers and quality at the forefront.
Experience collaborating in a global, time-zone diverse environment.

Mansioni

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Migration Engineers with regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
Own the team's performance using dashboards and workload metrics to drive improvements.
Provide technical guidance on data migration approaches, script reviews, and troubleshooting.
Adapt plans as resources/timelines shift to focus on high-impact work.
Monitor projects and manage escalations across Jira, Slack, and email.
Review and approve scripts, development tickets, and post-activation scripts per policy.
