Applied Systems is seeking a Manager, Data Migration who will lead a team of Data Migration Engineers responsible for moving customer data from legacy systems into Applied Systems SaaS products. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with Onboarding, Success Services, Development, and Operations across time zones.

• Experience leading technical teams with coaching and performance conversations.
• Strong SQL and database understanding to review scripts and guide migration work.
• Hands-on SaaS data migration or ETL in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Data Migration Engineers with 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Own team performance using dashboards and metrics to drive improvements.
• Provide technical guidance on migration approaches and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with global, cross-region teams to deliver end-to-end migrations.
