HCRG Care Group is seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to steer large-scale patient data transfers across clinical systems. The role is predominantly remote, with UK travel as needed and expenses covered.

You will manage end-to-end data migration projects, coordinate with internal teams, external partners and EPR suppliers, and prioritise patient safety, data quality and regulatory compliance. You'll translate complex technical requirements into practical project plans and deliverables,

Competenze

• Recognised project management qualification or extensive PM experience (min 5 years).
• Technical qualification or 2+ years in data management, SQL, or database engineering.
• Experience managing data movement between systems.
