Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in public health data management or related field.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and QA, validation, transformation.
• Experience with healthcare datasets or population health data.
• Strong ability to communicate technical information to varied audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide data management, analysis, and technical assistance to state jurisdictions.
• Support receipt, processing, cleaning, validation, transformation, and analysis of datasets.
• Use SAS and Python to conduct data management, analysis, QA, validation, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain SAS programs, Python scripts, data pipelines, and documentation.
• Perform data quality checks and resolve data issues with jurisdictions.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable information for staff and partners.
• Collaborate with epidemiologists, statisticians, and program staff.
