• Strong computer skills including intermediate word processing, database management, and/or spreadsheets.
• Data entry experience in a relational database.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to learn new programs quickly.

Responsibilities

• Interpret, manage, and coordinate data acquisition across multiple systems.
• Enter data in MaineStreet Student Information System.
• Scan and index credentials using the document management system.
• Match credential data to persons in MaineStreet and ImageNow databases.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in data processing.
• Collaborate with Shared Processing Center team and report to the Director.
