Parexel is hiring a remote-based Data Manager Lead / Data Manager II for the Continental US. You will provide technical Data Management leadership, ensure timely delivery of data deliverables, and collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.

The role requires 6+ years of hands-on CDM experience, proficiency with Medidata Rave and related tools, and strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Clinical Data Management experience.
• Experience across startup, conduct, and closeout phases.
• Hands-on data management experience with Medidata Rave.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead project and program teams across global time zones.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional data management activities and ensure on-time delivery of study data.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Biostatistics, Programming, Medical Writing and other teams across regions.
• Oversee data management systems, databases, and ancillary systems as appropriate.
• Identify risks, drive mitigation plans, and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Review study metrics and ensure inspection-ready TMF and regulatory documentation.
• Support budget forecasting, resource planning, and project financial management.
• Provide training and mentorship to Data Management staff.
