Job summary

Circana is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform retail and consumer data into scalable, business-ready solutions. You will power insights, automation, reporting, analytics, and new product capabilities by blending technical expertise with business insight.

The role requires strong collaboration with Client Development, Product, Operations, and other stakeholders, and involves AI-enabled data preparation and data integration work. Remote USA work is possible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, data activation, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and implementing data transformation and integration solutions.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data transformation processes that cleanse, structure, enrich, and convert raw data into business-ready datasets.
• Build and optimize scalable data pipelines that support reporting, analytics, automation, and client deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency through automation.
• Design and implement data integration solutions, including the development of Connector Models and Genius Script reporting within Unify.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to improve platform capabilities and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and connector-related issues.
• Explore and implement AI-driven approaches that improve data preparation, automation, insight generation, and user productivity.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify practical applications of AI that create measurable business value.
