Circana, a leading data and analytics company, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform complex retail and consumer data into scalable insights and automated reporting. You will bridge technical and business teams, deliver actionable solutions, and contribute to new product capabilities.

The role emphasizes data transformation, AI-enabled optimization, and collaboration with Client Development, Product, and Operations.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in data engineering, BI, analytics, data activation, or related field.
Proven experience designing and implementing data transformation and integration solutions.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain data transformation processes that cleanse, structure, enrich, and convert raw data into business-ready datasets.
Build and optimize scalable data pipelines that support reporting, analytics, automation, and client deliverables.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to improve platform capabilities and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and connector-related issues.
Explore and implement AI-driven approaches that improve data preparation, automation, insight generation, and user productivity.
Partner with stakeholders to identify practical applications of AI that create measurable business value.
