Job summary

Insideoutva is seeking a Data Integrity Virtual Assistant to maintain the accuracy of webinar data across multiple systems. This part-time role (~20 hours per week) requires strong Google Sheets skills and comfort with automation tools, plus the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote team.

You will monitor webinar metrics, validate data between platforms, and support Zapier and CRM integrations.

Qualifications

Experience with Google Sheets, including formulas and data structures.
Basic understanding of automation tools like Zapier.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience using Slack or similar team tools.
Availability to work ~20 hours/week with morning hours overlapping US Pacific Time.

Responsibilities

Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate webinar dashboards and reporting spreadsheets; update registration, attendance, sales, pipeline, and payment data; verify information across clients.
Data Validation & Quality Control: Identify discrepancies between data sources; investigate missing information; match records across platforms.
Automation Monitoring: Monitor workflows; identify and elevate automation failures; support integrations between Google Sheets, Zapier, and CRMs.
Platform Management: Work daily within Google Sheets and web-based platforms; use Slack and Monday.com; learn new software as needed.
Team Collaboration: Communicate data issues; work independently with minimal supervision; maintain documentation and workflows.
