Daybook Financial Group is seeking a Data Entry Strategist to keep marketing and recruiting data clean, connected, and usable from a remote location. You will ensure nothing falls through the cracks between our tools and workflows.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years in data entry or operations, a sharp eye for detail, and strong spreadsheet skills. You will design repeatable data processes and support reporting with reliable data.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in data entry, operations, or systems-support role.
• Highly detail-oriented — this role is judged on accuracy.
• Comfortable in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and learning new platforms quickly.
• Process-minded: sees a messy workflow and wants to fix it, not just push through it.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, organized data across CRM, spreadsheets, and marketing platforms.
• Design and improve how data moves between systems (Canva Mailchimp, Snov.io lists, analytics tools, BrightLocal citations).
• Audit records regularly to catch duplicates, gaps, or inconsistencies before they cause problems downstream.
• Build simple, repeatable processes so data entry doesn't rely on memory or ad hoc fixes.
• Support reporting for marketing and recruiting teams with reliable, well-structured data.
