Job summary

KnowledgeWorks is seeking a Manager of Data Operations and Insights to lead data operations, knowledge management, and insights enablement within the I&E team. The role focuses on turning data into actionable knowledge and supporting organizational learning across geographies.

You will coordinate data workflows, develop SOPs, and collaborate with IT to translate program needs into clear requirements, with a strong emphasis on equity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data management, project/program coordination, knowledge management, or applied research/evaluation support.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree with 1+ year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead and build the structure and usability of the I&E team’s knowledge management systems and repositories.
• Organize data, insights, tools, and documentation to support continuity and institutional memory.
• Develop repeatable insight products and board/impact reports to help stakeholders.
• Coordinate timelines, workflows, and deliverables across data, evaluation, and insights projects.
• Support data governance, QA, and responsible use of AI-enabled tools.
• Maintain project documentation and status updates to move work forward.
