Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a BI governance and reporting lead to own data governance for ADAM, certify new data, and maintain lineage across Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake. You will drive a modernization effort, migrating and consolidating dashboards onto ADAM with clear documentation and strong visualization standards.

In this role you will partner with the BI Ops team and data engineering to ensure trusted data, define schemas, and balance stakeholder needs while guiding a complex

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in BI or analytics with hands-on dashboard-building on multiple platforms
• Strong SQL to trace and validate data lineage across systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Statistics, or related field
• Experience with data governance concepts, docs, and certification processes in BI

Responsibilities

• Own data governance framework for ADAM: standards, naming conventions, definitions, and certification process
• Act as certification gate for new data during framework establishment: review, validate, certify or flag issues
• Maintain data lineage documentation so anyone can trace data origin and calculations
• Monitor data health and catch data drift and upstream changes
• Partner with data engineering on schema changes, new data sources, and pipeline updates
• Collaborate with BI Ops leadership to scale governance across the team
• Evaluate reporting across Salesforce, Tableau, and other platforms and determine best destinations
• Migrate eligible reporting into ADAM and consolidate to avoid dashboard-by-dashboard migrations
• Ensure migrated reports meet best-in-class visualization standards with documentation
• Identify data gaps and translate into asks for data engineering
• Run stakeholder reviews and obtain sign-off before retiring legacy reports
• Recognize when a tool is not fit and propose better-fit alternatives
