Job summary

Wealth Enhancement Group is seeking a Director of Data Governance to lead our enterprise data governance program and drive data quality across the organization. The role partners with business and IT leadership to shape policy, standards, and the governance operating model in a remote work environment.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years in data governance, strong experience with Salesforce and Orion, and a proven track record leading cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, data management, or related field.
• Experience in financial services or wealth management preferred.
• 8+ years in data governance with 2+ years leading enterprise programs.
• Experience with Purview/Collibra/Informatica in governance contexts.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management; influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the enterprise data governance program and roadmap.
• Lead governance discussions with councils and executive bodies.
• Serve as liaison between business units, IT, risk, and leadership.
• Define data ownership, lineage, quality standards, and remediation.
• Direct the Data Governance Team and drive adoption of policies.
