Job summary

Hard Rock Digital seeks a data governance and reporting lead to shape trusted data across Salesforce, Tableau, and ADAM. You’ll guide governance, certify new data, and partner with BI Ops and data engineering to ensure accurate, well-documented metrics.

In 12–18 months you’ll migrate reporting to ADAM, improve visualization standards, and establish scalable processes for the broader BI team. Hybrid/remote role in a dynamic gaming tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Statistics, or related field.
• 3–6 years in BI/analytics with dashboard-building across platforms.
• Strong SQL and data lineage understanding.
• Ability to document complex data logic clearly for non-analysts.
• Experience with data governance concepts and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the data governance framework for ADAM, including definitions and documentation.
• Certify new data and validate metrics with BI Ops partners.
• Maintain data lineage and monitor data health over time.
• Collaborate with data engineering on schemas and pipelines.
• Lead migration of reporting to ADAM and build best-in-class visualizations.
