Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a data governance leader to deliver end-to-end governance programs for data and AI, including establishing operating models and governance councils. You will manage client relationships, drive executive alignment, and steer Collibra Data Catalog deployments while prioritizing high-value features and adoption tactics.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, a bachelor’s degree, and deep knowledge of data governance, privacy, and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) or more years of relevant experience with progressive responsibility.
• Experience leading client workstreams end-to-end, including planning, facilitation, issue resolution, and executive communications.
• Experience configuring, architecting, advising, and hands‑on implementation of Collibra Data Catalog.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance workstreams and small delivery teams to design and implement data/AI governance programs.
• Own client relationships for your workstream, set expectations, facilitate executive discussions, drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Advise and present governance alternatives, implement and operate Collibra Data Catalog.
• Perform hands‑on Collibra implementation support and prioritize high‑value features.
• Design governance operating models, including councils, data stewardship, escalation paths and integrated controls.
• Create roadmaps connecting strategy to execution with sequencing and change management.
• Establish AI governance guardrails, risk management, and ongoing compliance reporting.
• Develop templates, playbooks, training, and communications to improve adoption.
