Job summary

InventYOU AB is seeking an experienced Senior Data Governance Specialist to deliver and continuously improve enterprise data governance, metadata management, and data quality capabilities. You will work with business owners, Data Stewards, Architects, Engineers, Security, Privacy, and Risk teams, focusing on Collibra and Soda to drive governance adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data governance experience.
• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks.
• Experience with metadata management.
• Experience with data quality management.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on with Collibra.
• Experience with Soda.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Bilingual Greek and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve business glossary, data catalogue, metadata, and critical data elements.
• Implement data ownership and stewardship processes.
• Support data classification and lineage.
• Configure Collibra governance workflows.
• Monitor and improve data quality using Soda.
• Define and maintain data quality rules.
• Support governance adoption and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
