A Data Catalog & Collibra Specialist plays a critical role in enabling enterprise‑wide data governance, transparency, and trust. As organizations expand their data ecosystems across cloud and on‑premise platforms, this role ensures that data is discoverable, reliable, compliant, and fully traceable. The specialist leads the implementation of metadata management and lineage capabilities—primarily using Collibra, AWS-native services, Snowflake, and relational databases—while partnering with cross‑functional teams to embed governance best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop metadata management frameworks, standards, and governance processes.
• Enable end‑to‑end lineage across cloud (AWS) and on‑premise systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, governance, and business teams to ensure data is discoverable, trusted, and compliant.

Compensation

Base range (Columbus, OH): $86,000 – $203,000, with potential eligibility for bonuses, incentives, or commissions. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, skills, certifications, internal equity, and market conditions.
