Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Solutions Architect, Data Governance to lead governance strategy across enterprise data estates.

You will work directly with executive sponsors, data leaders, and delivery teams to design and implement governance programs that establish trust, visibility, accountability, and control. You’ll drive structured data governance, metadata management, taxonomy design, data lineage, and stewardship operating models, including Purview implementations across Fabric, Azure

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IS/Data/CS/Engineering or related field.
Seven+ years delivering enterprise data governance or information management solutions.
Hands-on with Microsoft Purview including glossary, metadata, and lineage.
Experience leading customer-facing governance engagements and workshops.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise data governance strategy and architecture across client engagements.
Design governance frameworks, including stewardship models, glossaries, and metadata management.
Oversee implementation of Purview data governance capabilities (data catalog, data map, lineage).
Guide customers on governance readiness for analytics and AI platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
