Zusammenfassung

BestCo, Inc. is seeking a Data Governance & Analytics Manager to lead enterprise-wide data definitions, governance standards, and analytics enablement across ERP, CRM, finance, manufacturing, and operations in the US and Canada.

You will partner with business and IT stakeholders, drive KPI standardization, data quality, and the adoption of reporting solutions, while ensuring data accuracy, privacy, and regulatory compliance in a remote, nationwide setting.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in data governance, analytics, BI, or data management roles.
• Experience defining KPIs, metrics, and enterprise reporting structures.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards, Dynamics) or similar.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata management.
• Excellent analytical, written, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into data definitions and reporting logic.
• Experience with data warehouse concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL

Aufgaben

• Define and maintain enterprise data governance standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manage the enterprise data dictionary and business glossary.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain to standardize KPIs.
• Ensure data definitions align across ERP, CRM, and data warehouse.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to validate data models and mappings.
• Monitor data quality and drive remediation across systems.
• Support design and adoption of analytics and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Facilitate governance forums and cross-functional alignment.
• Ensure governance practices are embedded in system implementations.
• Support data lineage documentation from source to reporting outputs.
• Promote data adoption across teams for better decision-making.
• Work with Data Architect and Integration teams on data pipelines.
• Help ensure compliance and data privacy across enterprise data.
• Drive continuous improvement in data accuracy and usability
