Job summary

TrueScripts Management Services seeks a Data Governance Analyst to establish and mature our enterprise data governance program. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to define governance processes, data standards, and metadata management in a healthcare-focused environment.

As we expand with analytics, automation, and AI, you will help ensure data is trusted, secure, compliant, and well understood across the organization, guiding data quality, lineage, and master data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Management, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in data governance, data management, analytics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality concepts, and data lifecycle management.
• Experience with SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and support enterprise data governance framework, operating model, and processes.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify critical data elements and prioritize governance initiatives.
• Define enterprise business glossaries, data dictionaries, and metadata repositories.
• Coordinate a data stewardship program across functional areas.
• Facilitate governance sessions with leaders to resolve data issues and improve consistency.
• Document data lineage, ownership, classification, and lifecycle management.
• Monitor data quality and implement remediation actions.
• Support data cataloging, metadata management, and data discovery initiatives.
• Assist with protection of PHI and PII; align with regulatory requirements.
