TrueScripts Management Services is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to establish and mature our enterprise data governance program. You will define governance processes, improve data quality, and promote responsible data management across the organization.

As data usage grows, you will help ensure data is trusted, secure, and compliant, working with stakeholders, engineers, and regulatory partners to develop governance frameworks and data stewardship programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Management, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in data governance, data management, analytics, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of data governance, lifecycle management, and data quality concepts.
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and support the organization's data governance framework and processes.
• Develop data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify critical data elements and prioritize governance initiatives.
• Define enterprise glossaries, data dictionaries, and metadata repositories.
