ABC Legal Services is seeking an e-File Specialist to join our remote team, located in Oklahoma. You will review and file legal documents using internal systems and collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams.

No experience is required, though data entry or tech experience is a plus. The role offers full-time hours, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PST, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within a national leader in service of process.

Qualifications

• No experience required; data entry experience a plus.
• Tech experience is strongly preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
• Typing speed of at 50 to 60 wpm

Responsibilities

• Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned
