As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining project, client, and operational data across our systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Excel and Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with construction industry terminology is a plus.
• Experience with accounting or ERP software preferred.
• Prior remote work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data into company databases and software systems
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry
• Maintain organized digital records for projects, clients, and vendors
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents
• Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in existing data
• Prepare and maintain reports as requested by management
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely data updates
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
• Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets
• Follow established data entry procedures and quality standards

As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining project, client, and operational data across our systems. Your work will help ensure that our construction projects run efficiently by keeping records accurate, organized, and readily accessible to our team.

This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $30 - $35 per hour (USD), along with the flexibility of remote work and the chance to grow within a dynamic construction company.
