Qualifications

• Experience in client care, advertising and sales.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Research each allotted business and stay up to date on competitors to maintain lead position.
• Introduce yourself in assigned domains to gain trust with new potential client bases.
• Mentor and guide other Business Development Delegates within the office.
• Maintain ongoing networking with other top Delegates and Directors to grow knowledge.
• Contribute time beyond work to strengthen leadership, client support, and management skills.
• Qualify furnished leads by engaging and understanding client needs.
• Interact with clients to explain data and review needs, proposing solutions and processes.
• Update CRM data and assist with proposals where needed.
