Job summary
BairesDev is hiring a Data Engineer specialized in SAP and Snowflake to integrate SAP data into modern cloud environments and enable real-time analytics across the organization.
You will design automated data pipelines, optimize Snowflake data models, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate SAP objects into analytics-ready cloud schemas. Strong English and 4+ years in data engineering are required.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering with a focus on SAP data integration.
- Proven experience integrating SAP BW data into Snowflake.
- Proficiency in developing and supporting reporting and analytics with Power BI.
- Strong background building hybrid data pipelines linking ERP to cloud environments.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated ETL/ELT pipelines to extract data from SAP BW and load into Snowflake.
- Develop and optimize data models in Snowflake to support downstream reporting and BI requirements in Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to map SAP business objects into analytics-ready cloud schemas.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency between source ERP and cloud analytics layers.
- Optimize query performance and storage strategies in Snowflake for large-scale datasets.
