Job summary

BairesDev is hiring a Lead Data Engineer to architect and optimize data pipelines within our Snowflake environment. You will coordinate engineering efforts with business requirements and ensure high-performance data delivery across global teams.

You will lead design and implementation, mentor teammates, and drive end-to-end delivery in an agile setup. Strong SQL, Snowflake expertise, and English proficiency are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related field.
• Proven Snowflake expertise including Snowpipe ingestion.
• Strong SQL and stored procedures development.
• Experience delivering projects with Jira and stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ingestion workflows.
• Develop, optimize, and manage complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery using agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical specs with business objectives.
