BairesDev is seeking a Data Engineer specializing in SAP and Snowflake to join a fully remote global team. You will connect SAP data to cloud warehouses, enabling advanced analytics and real-time insights across the organization.

You will design automated ETL/ELT pipelines, develop Snowflake data models, and collaborate with stakeholders to map complex SAP objects into analytics-ready cloud schemas. Strong English and 4+ years of experience are required.

Formación

• 4+ years in data engineering with SAP data integration.
• Experience integrating SAP BW into Snowflake cloud data warehouses.
• Proficient in developing/reporting with Power BI.
• Strong background in hybrid data pipelines and English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines from SAP BW to Snowflake.
• Develop data models in Snowflake to support BI and analytics.

Data Engineer (SAP + Snowflake) at BairesDev

As a Data Engineer specializing in SAP and Snowflake, you will integrate business‑critical SAP data into modern cloud environments. You will connect traditional ERP systems with scalable cloud data warehouses to enable advanced analytics and real‑time insights across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement automated ETL/ELT pipelines to extract data from SAP BW and load it into Snowflake.
• Develop and optimise data models in Snowflake to support downstream reporting and business intelligence requirements in Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map complex SAP business objects into standardised, analytics‑ready cloud schemas.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency between source ERP systems and cloud-based analytics layers.
• Optimize query performance and storage strategies within the Snowflake environment to manage large‑scale enterprise datasets efficiently.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering with a focus on SAP data integration.
• Proven expertise in integrating SAP BW data into Snowflake cloud data warehouses.
• Proficiency in developing and supporting reporting and analytics layers using Power BI.
• Strong background in building hybrid data pipelines connecting ERP systems to cloud environments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
