Job summary

BairesDev is hiring a Data Engineer specialized in SAP and Snowflake to integrate SAP data into modern cloud environments and enable real-time analytics across the organization.

You will design automated data pipelines, optimize Snowflake data models, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate SAP objects into analytics-ready cloud schemas. Strong English and 4+ years in data engineering are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering with a focus on SAP data integration.
• Proven experience integrating SAP BW data into Snowflake.
• Proficiency in developing and supporting reporting and analytics with Power BI.
• Strong background building hybrid data pipelines linking ERP to cloud environments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated ETL/ELT pipelines to extract data from SAP BW and load into Snowflake.
• Develop and optimize data models in Snowflake to support downstream reporting and BI requirements in Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map SAP business objects into analytics-ready cloud schemas.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency between source ERP and cloud analytics layers.
• Optimize query performance and storage strategies in Snowflake for large-scale datasets.

As a Data Engineer specializing in SAP and Snowflake, you will integrate business-critical SAP data into modern cloud environments. You will connect traditional ERP systems with scalable cloud data warehouses to enable advanced analytics and real-time insights across the organization.
