Voodoo is seeking a Creative Strategist to join its Growth team, shaping the creative vision for a portfolio of games and apps. You will translate insights into clear briefs, guide strategic ideation, and drive performance through benchmarked creative decisions.

You will collaborate with Creative Leads, Producers, and Data to scale learnings, optimize campaigns, and recruit talent where needed. This role offers remote flexibility with in-France hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role, strategy consulting, or product/creative marketing.
• Ability to envision, articulate, and document compelling creative strategies.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, market analysis, and insight generation.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the creative vision and strategy per game/app in collaboration with Creative Leads.
• Generate structured, insight-driven creative briefs based on benchmark analysis and market intelligence.
• Define guidelines, priorities, and execution standards of production weekly.
• Conduct benchmarks using internal tools and third-party platforms to identify high-performing creative trends early.
• Analyze top-performing competitor creatives and extract actionable insights for ideation.
• Benchmark across mobile games and apps to inform direction and creative briefs.
• Collaborate with Leads, Producers, and Data Team to adopt benchmarks and scale learnings.
• Audit and improve existing creative workflows and propose strategic enhancements.
• Identify skill gaps and participate in sourcing and recruitment of new talent.
