Job summary

Voodoo in Paris is seeking a Creative Strategic Project Manager to drive operational excellence across the creative organisation by owning cross‑functional projects, improving processes and tooling, and enabling the team to scale its impact.

You will monitor AI use cases, revamp reporting for the product team and external stakeholders, improve internal tooling, and support hiring to define career paths across the team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a top engineering or business school.
• 2–3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or operations in tech/digital environments.
• Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel; comfortable with performance data.
• AI-savvy: experience with AI tools to improve productivity and automate workflows.
• Highly structured with strong project management and ownership.
• Autonomous, proactive, and a strong communicator.
• Fluent in English and French.
